Big orders are their own craft: pies staggered through the fire so the last box comes out as the first one lands on the table, trays of knots and salad scaled to the headcount, and everything labeled so setup is obvious. A day of notice covers anything past a handful of pies; same-day can work when the fire has room.
It fits birthday parties, team dinners, office lunches, and the after-game crowd. Tell us the headcount and the picky eaters and we will suggest a mix; half plain cheese is always the right hedge when there are kids in the room.
